Remote start cooled and heated seats setting

Hi all
When using remote start either with key fob or Ford pass, only the drivers seat is cooled during the pre-start. Yet in remote start settings I have "seats"! set to "auto" shouldn't both driver and passengers seat be cooled or heated? My old truck did.. Passenger seat heat/cool works fine using dash switches. But nothing during remote start. And no option in settings for one or both.

Can someone start there truck via. Key fob and let me know if both drivers and passengers seats are cooling when you hop in to take off?
