Did you have to remove the bumper to take out the fogs?

Alldata (Ford, cause AD uses factory service info) said remove the bumper, but you definitely do not need to. Just pull the radar active air dam and you can access the bolts for the fogs. An extra hand may be needed as the radar assembly goes across the whole air dam. I had the truck on a lift and did it solo.

How is that 3.73 rear? It is the 9.75, correct?

This is great! I was pricing RCSWB trucks last week, just for the fun of it. I would really enjoying building either an off-road rig or ground pounding street truck. So many ways to go! Can't wait to see what else you do.

I orderes RCBS for off-road. Short wheel base so much bettee for this. So dumb Ford doesnt offer the tremor or raptor in the reg cab. Who offroads with a feakin quad cab pickup?

Mine is also 3.73:1, 9.75", electric locker. 22 mpg so far at 1800 miles. Love it!
The short wb and light weight make it good for off road.

So far no problems with 3:73 9.75 rear gearing. Ive read about bolts shearing off but so far so good. With 10spd MPG is good and very responsive

Those issues are actually a different rear end. There is the "standard" 9.75, and the "3/4 float" 9.75 rear end. I believe the bolt issue is only with a couple of the "float" rear ends, but could be mistaken.

I think the float rear end is max tow only.

Pintle hook and Lunette ring set up for the off-road trailer. Yes it makes noise, but the rock solid connection and the amount of droop and articulation is awesome.

This set up has been use with my Jeeps for 12 years, so I'm use to the bangs and rattles.
