Thought I would share this if it helps anyone else. I have a 2021 F150 PB in Lariat Sport that came from the factory w the Hankook 275/60/20's.

I will be replacing them w Toyo AT 3s in LT 275/65/20 (34s) and adding a Fox 2.0 suspension lift. I have been trying to figure out the PSI to run on the Toyo's. I emailed them to ask proper PSI and they responded within a few hours with the below. I was super impressed w the speed on the response. Thought I would share if this helps someone.

I may run it a little below 48PSI but good to know what they recommend to handle the max load

Based off the information provided, recommended air pressure should be 48psi.

Original Tire: 275/60R20 115...35psi (2590 per tire)
New Tire: LT275/65R20 126...48psi (2598 per tire)

What are you running for pressure and how is it?

What do you other folks run for pressures on larger E rated tires on street and off road?

I still don't fully understand implications.
I want to go up a bit and get 285/60R20, most are then E rated vs P or XL etc.
Don't mind E rating for tougher stiffer side walls. (but heavier)
Don't need any extra load capacity, I do like a decent ride on street/highway, so was planning to run at 35 or 34. I like 20-25 off road.
But 44 seems absurd unless towing.
Will discuss with tire guy at shop too.

Web site has good write up on it and calculator:

https://tiresize.com/pressure-calculator/

Example results:

OEM Size
(275/60R20 SL) Load Capacity: 2604 lbs. @ 35 psi.
Passenger type tires are fitted with a 10% overage in load capability when used on SUV's, Light Trucks, and Vans because of the difference in load handling. This load overage can be removed when changing to an LT type tire.

That brings the effective load capacity to acheive down to 2367 lbs.
New Size (LT285/60R20 E) Load Capacity: 2372 lbs. @ 44 psi.

So I am no tire expert or PSI conversion math guru...so this is just my seat of the pants feedback.

I am running the Toyo AT3s at 42PSI on all four tires. It feels good to me. These tires have a max PSI of 80 so this is probably a bit soft for the stiff plywall on the E rated tires. I will probably go up a bit and test it out as well.

I tow infrequently (5-6 times/yr) and light....towing anything heavy I would go up in PSI.

I also added the Fox 2.0 front coilovers and back shocks. The new set up is money and dialed in. Really enjoying it.

So hard to tell what feedback is from the tires & PSI and what is from the upgraded shocks. But I do like the combo. Will post a pic later

Thanks for this. I was just trying to determine the psi for these tires. Did you end up running them at 48?

What do you run when towing? My 2500 would have a 20psi increase to 70psi in the rear compared to the front
