Looks Like a recall is out for Loose/Sagging Underbody Insulators.
My truck is a F150 XLT CrewCab 5.5ft bed with 302a package. Not sure how many this is affecting.

When I searched by my VIN number on the NHTSA site it shows the recall is applicable. My truck was built at the end of September 2021.

I wonder what the positive attachment features that are suppose to be added will be. The remedy on the recall doesn't say exactly what it is. I'm guessing that it is more glue.

I believe it'll be replaced with a new sheet that will follow the ribs on the box and just a tad more adhesive.

Just drove to the dealer to schedule an appointment for this recall. They informed me that I am their 1st recall appointment and have no repair kits yet. I'm not even sure I will have it fixed on my appointment date. They said that they will INSPECT and take pictures to send to Ford on Wednesday, 29 Dec. and ask Ford what needs to be done. I showed them the below pictures I took this morning, but they said they will take their own pictures on Dec 29th.. The insulator above the drive shaft has detached and is sagging. Not sure how long it will take to hit the drive shaft, but if you look at this picture I wouldn't be surprised if it hit it any day now.

Also, there is another insulator under the bed of the truck (see below) that has also started to detach, but isn't as bad as the driveshaft insulator yet. I do not think that this piece is part of the safety recall. I'm not even sure what the purpose of it is, but I want that fixed too. I told my dealer about it and they said they will show the pics they take to Ford. Since the back piece doesn't seem to be part of the recall I told them I wanted it fixed under warranty.

Man I just found out I have this recall too.

My vehicle was built early May of 2021.

Will visit the dealer tomorrow and see what happens.

I have this recall also. Did a good inspection tonite and mine is perfect. it’s in there solid as can be, I got it in April. I’ll wait till it one day comes off or I have to take it in for something else. If not a couple dabs of adhesive and she’s good to go. Not gonna waste my time just to go in for this as it’s no issue for myself st least at this time.

So I am concerned as well, so I went under my August built F150 HEV, and I see no issues luckily. However there is so much stuff under their that it would be hard for something to fall completely anyway.

We are in the process of buying a '21 F150 XLT and the sale is currently held up by this recall. We were supposed to take delivery of the vehicle yesterday, but cannot until the repair is completed.
I've been talking to the salesman/inventory manager at our dealer, not the service department, so this may not be 100% correct. But, he said the repair is going to be rivets to fix the insulators in place. The parts are on order but I haven't gotten a firm date for when this is supposed to be resolved.
Our guy told me he has three new trucks that all had to have deliveries to customers cancelled yesterday over this. I'll have him show me the repair once it is complete and post an update.
