I just came back from golf and drove with all the windows opened. I've closed them all and I then realized the rear passenger side was still opened. I've tried to close it and nothing. I can hear the click of the motor, I guess, when I try but nothing is moving. Any recommendations??

Good afternoon. Could you please send over a private message with your VIN and the name/location of your local Ford dealer? I would like to see what I can do to help with your truck's window issue.

I've been lucky.... First dealer gave me an appointment for July 11th. The second dealer offered me to go see them right away. Diagnostic, the problem was the switch for the rear passager side window was shorted at the driver door. They took one from another truck as there was none in stock. I'm really grateful to these guys as I would have been stuck with a plastic for few weeks!!! Who do you think will be my dealer of choice from now on?

That is lucky. I am having the exact same problem, but my dealer can't get me in for another week. I hope the fix goes as smoothly as yours.

Everyone wishes they had a dealership like yours!
Used to be the norm. But seems rare these days.

They’ll tell you the master window switch is out and needs to be replaced. I waited 5 weeks for the switch to come in, which was just last Thursday. At the dealer now.

Hopefully the national back order on the part is better for you guys.

I was lucky they took the switch from another truck to fix mine. They kept my truck roughly 1 hour to diagnose and repair :) . I hope that they were at least able to close the window while you were waiting for the part

They did. But they disconnected the switch so that all windows were disabled. Annoying for drive thru’s, but in this Texas heat, they weren’t getting rolled down much anyways.

Yep, failed master switch. Fortunately, I only had to wait a week and was able to use the rest of the windows during that time.

Just had the same issue happen to me yesterday, passenger side rear window went down and now won’t come back up, can hear it clicking when I use the switch. Oddly it happened after I had activated and then deactivated the rear window locks. Of course it also happened on a Saturday evening and I have to street park my vehicle in downtown Boston. Hopefully the dealer can get me in first thing tomorrow.

Crossing my fingers for no rain and no thieves! Do you think Ford will cover water damage or stolen items under warranty?

I would say that if you demonstrate that you took proper steps to prevent the rain to get in, you would have a chance to be covered for damage. The stolen portion I doubt it.

Mine just did the same thing today. Rear passenger went down and won’t roll back up. Seems weird it’s happening to the same window. Will be calling the dealer in the morning.
