There are a couple of headrest and tablet options on the Ford Accessories page that will work.

I'm not inviting the kids. Last one in the house is 15 and he doesn't like anyone...so now the wife and I will be cruising alone.

My kids just bring their iPads and we usually tether them to our cell phones for internet.

Proclip makes some serious iPad holders. They clip on the back of the headrests. They work great!

I'm thinking if I can find an iPad holder that mounts between the headrest they can share a screen and I don't have to buy another iPad. I'll check out Proclip.
