Thanks for the warning. I as well had 75% of my fuses were not seated all the way including some larger ones.

Well, I pressed on all fuses under the hood and also near the passenger interior footwell. Most were able to be pushed in ever so slightly, but I seriously doubt any of them were actually "unseated".

Either way, my dash settings will still occasionally "reset", and I'll have to redo the My View and gauge configuration settings.

For $50,000-$60,000-$70,000, you’d think they could make sure these little buggers were properly seated. What the hell Ford?

yup - most of mine needed a push/click. Radio and Apple Car Play have been rebooting/shutting down, so hopefully this will help.

Almost every single fuse and all relays were out by almost 1/8"
Now I'll wait and see if any of my issues go away. I really want the complete loss of power while turning right to go away before I end up getting T-Boned.

I think those issues are caused by outside forces. My CarPlay disconnects and automatically shuts down my radio in the same exact spot of my commute every day. I found that if I quickly turn the radio back on it stands a better chance of reconnecting to the phone.

Sounds like either the procedure for installing the fuses needs a review or the design of the "fit" is not correct so it you had an issue you may want to check every so often.

I checked mine, they almost all pushed in just a bit, but I don’t necessarily think any felt like they were actually about to fall out or anything like that.

I have never checked that before. But, depending on the duck, you might need to push in. Just saying.

Thanks for the info. Just checked engine bay fuses and found about 50% that could be pushed in a little further. I don't believe any were even close to losing contact though. In contrast all were very firmly seated in the passenger foot well fuse block. Could underhood temps be causing a little shifting I wonder?

All of mine seemed to be seated just fine. Worth the check though.

Checked mine as well. The smaller ones seemed to go in further. Not a ton of movement but they certainly went in a bit further.
