Proximity Sensor unlock sound when walking towards the vehicule

Good evening all,

I have a 2021 XLT 302A and whenever I walk towards my truck and the proximity sensor picks me up(exterior welcome light turn on) I can hear what sounds like doors unlocking but the doors are still locked (until I put my hand on the handle which I then hear and see the doors unlocking). Anybody else have noticed this? What can be the cause of the sound.

I have a regular key and when I unlock the truck, after I unlock it, there’s a whirring servo sound under the truck, I have no idea what it could be!

Sounds like the fuel pump.
