Problems after OTA Power-Up Upgrade to 4.2.1

Anyone experiencing any issues after getting latest OTA update? My 22 PB got a few almost back to back OTA updates ending in latest 4.2.1 version last week. Immediately after noticed a chime sounding when I open the door with my key fob any where near. Its the chime sound you typically hear when you put a hard key in the ignition switch with door open. Thought this annoying sound my be by design? Also, my lights have been acting up by staying on for a long time after turning off - way too long. As a matter of fact I think the first few times the low battery mode cut them off rather than normal delay circuit. Last night I had to turn off headlight switch to get them to go off.

My navigation stopped working last Saturday. I cannot tell what software version I’m on it just says software up to date.

My auto power folding mirrors stopped working and wireless CarPlay. I had to turn mirror feature in and off and delete and reconnect my phone and it works now.

Got feedback from another user to turn light switch to off and restart truck and this appears to have solved the problem. Will update if problem reoccurs.

After these updates, sometimes a module or two might need a soft reset.
Forscan makes it easy to scan for codes and zero in on which module(s) might need a thump.

It's sort of like doing an update to your phone or laptop and not rebooting. Sometimes the truck needs a clean reboot.

I lost all collision avoidance. I had it b4 4.2.1.
I'm trying to find a safe way to test. I used to be able to come up to a car fast and all hell broke loose. Now it's non existence.

Anyone know what module is involved?

My vehicle updated to 4.2.1, but Ford (Pass) App doesn't show it yet(still shows last update 01/30/2023 3.5.4). Any thoughts?

4.2.2 Update successfully installed Apr 12, 2023, and now shows in Ford Pass App.

I just got a notification that my truck (2021) got the 4.2.1 update today. Anything new I should looking for? Or was it a behind the scenes update and nothing new from a functionality standpoint that I should looking for?

I had to do a master reset in the sync menu to get my navigation back.

^interesting. my 4.2.2 install failed too. i tried the master reset too, but it didn't correct anything.
