Pro Power Onboard service

Since about 1200 miles I’ve noticed my pro power system randomly doesn’t work and sends this error message.

seems completely random...

anyone else have this problem and what was the solution?

Got my truck a week ago, and my pro power onboard has not worked since day 1. System indicates that it is on and running, but no voltage at the plugs.

Is the bed lined? Many have seen the plug for the panel in the bed not connected after a spray in liner is installed. Worth a shot.

dealer is ordering the plugs assembly for the back of the truck. Apparently that is what is defective

My 2021 F150 5.0 with the 2kw pro power quit at the same mileage 1500 miles back in March. Has not worked since and been to dealer twice for service with no solution. They have spent over 8 hours trying to diagnose with no luck. Got it back today and the dealer says Ford has put a bulletin out as of yesterday acknowledging an issue. Also dealers are not allowed to currently order the 2kw pro power at this time as there is an issue they haven't solved yet...
