Powerboost Leveling Kit Fail (2015-2020 Fox 2.0 “Tuned by Ford Performance” leveling kit)

5 Star Ford in Dallas installed my 2015-2020 Fox 2.0 “Tuned by Ford Performance” leveling kit for my 2022 PB. I wanted done by a Ford dealer so it would not void any part of my warranty. I asked them about making sure this kit would work and be warranted. The assured me it would. I haven’t had any issues since it was installed in the summer. I haven’t taken it off road yet - but it handles well on the road. It still has a little rake (1/2-3/4 inch). I didn’t have them adjust the front higher to compensate for that. I’ve read the weight of the PB causes the slight rake.

My 2022 F150 PB with the 2015-2020 Fox Ford Performance kit has been installed on my truck since August 2022 and has been riding and performing well on streets and off road. The only issue I just noticed is positive camber causing excessive outside wear on my front tires. It was installed by a local Ford dealer in DFW TX and they completed a full alignment on the truck. I've since read that sometimes a second alignment is needed 1k-3k miles later, again. I have 11k miles on my truck now.

Interesting, good to know. I’ve been happy with my kit as well. Will watch for that outside tire wear and align if needed.

I called the dealer and they are having me bring it in for a free alignment tomorrow. Hopefully that will take care of the outside tire wear. I'll have them rotate the tires so I can confirm it's all good now. Good thing I procrastinated on the rotating...
