My 2024 KR PB just got this update today: Sync 25.2.1.6.5

My Sync number and version are now blank. Was 24127 rev1270.

Interesting to see that the release notes now show the link to your update history on the Ford website.

What's wrong with your window?

Whenever I roll up my passenger window it rolls itself back down. I have to slowly tap it up to get it mostly closed. I’ve tried everything suggested on here to fix it without any luck other than the module update that I have available.

when you say everything, I assume you’ve done the two things below:

and this (from 2024 manual):

Resetting One-Touch Close
Carry out all steps within 30 seconds of starting the sequence.

1. Close the window.
2. Press and hold the window control switch until the window is fully open. Keep the window control switch pressed for a few seconds.
3. Lift and hold the window control switch until the window is fully closed. Keep the window control switch held for a few seconds.
4. Press and hold the window control switch until the window is fully open. Keep the window control switch pressed for a few seconds.
5. Lift and hold the window control switch until the window is fully closed. Keep the window control switch held for a few seconds.

Note: Repeat the procedure if the window does not close when you use one-touch.

Did it start doing that after a door module update?

Give it a few key cycles and the Sync version will pop up there.

@rugedraw Yep, two key cycles and here is new info.

Spreadsheet updated to include IPC-24.2.0 for 21-23 trucks only with the 8" IPC. Lariat and above trims will not get this one.

Interesting. I’ve had a dozen or so updates since I got the truck in Feb of 2024 and it hadn’t happened until today. I think this may have been my first IPC update though.

Typical of some updates, yes.

It doesn't happen with all of them, but definitely IPC will do it.

I received the same yesterday afternoon. Vehicle is unavailable for 14 minutes while the update is installing.

Seems like this OTA is for 2024 and up? If anyone with a 21-23 gets it, lmk. For now, I will add it to the 2024 tab of the spreadsheet.

I updated my APIM to 25094 to night... hope this fixes the freeze up issue i have been having.
