After months of nothing, I started getting updates!! Have seen ones for the power windows, battery management, and navigation. Just got this one a couple of days ago (I thought I saw something similar that was for the 8" screen, but I have the big screen.)

@Minuteman3 ...the IPC is the 8 inch screen between the speedometer and tachometer. Did anything change in those screens?

Are trucks suddenly getting lost? Never had any issues with truck showing direction. These updates are getting weird.

I wouldn’t say lost, but my truck sure as hell didn’t know where it was heading until that IPC update. Maybe it was the Nav/XM delete that caused it, but I sure am happy they’ve corrected it and I now have a working compass.

Anyone know if 10.2.0 has anything fun with its software? Or it literally updates something I'll never use (L/km reset) and something I'll likely not use in washer fluid alerts...I don't think Ive put washer fluid in my trucks over the last 8 years lol as the dealer tops it off.

But at least I did get an update!

My truck is pretty well perfect but behind on updates since one never installed OTA that is holding up others.
I understand not wanting to mess up a good thing but by now Ford has figured out how to not make things worse with updates.

My 21 Lariat was always a regular with OTA. My last one was in Sept 24 and it was the ECG-24.2.5.6.1
update. Since then, I get the phantom update showing almost every Sat night. I get all excited, go look to see if it a new update. But NOPE just the phantom ECG-24.2.5.6.1 as always.....ugggggg
Anyone else with a 21 going through this?

I did get into FORScan in Dec and Jan and rugedraw helped me get BC 1.4
really appreciated all his help. all in all, made about 12 successful changes.
Anyway this could have done anything to prevent me from getting future updates?
Any way I could have someone look up my vin and see if there is anything in my que?

I have a 21 XLT and am in the same boat as you are. ECG-24.2.5.6.1 installed in September. I get a phantom update for it whenever I go to Walmart.

I've been talking about my phantom Walmart update on here for years but no one believes me. Only happens at Walmart.

My 2021 job 1 Lariat also has not received any updates since ECG-24.2.5.6.1 last Sept 23.

Looks like a lot of us 21 owners in the same boat.

Nothing but frequent phantom notifications since but I’m like good ol’ Charlie Brown and get my hopes up I’ll kick that football this time only to have Lucy lie to me again and promise it’ll be different this time. AAAUUUUGH!!!

No love for the 2021 trucks... Just heartbreak again and again. I got an ECG update back in January and was hoping for more updates since all I see is are new update showing up on this forum. No joy for us. Just get phantom updates that just mess up my settings.
