It may be there now. I don't have FDRS to check and I am not sure when it was added to FDRS. I know that the IPC updates were being sent out via OTA before they popped up in FDRS to manually install, but I don't remember that dates between when they came out OTA vs when they came up on FDRS.
Thanks for looking - This OTA and FDRS updating and numbering system is confusing as all hell. Just like some of the equipment I worked on. If this board has a blue dot, then use the board with the green dot. If not, use the board with the red dot. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Sounds about right.

This is a "priority update" so I assume as long as you have prerequisite PCM updates you get this update.

Confusing to me is that it's not an IPC update. So that means that message was likely buried in IPC code for a while and now it just gets triggered.

You don't have the 4.3.5 updates so it had to be in there before that. Does lightning always show this message and they expanded to the rest of the trucks?

I didn't think the inverter was "smart" to know something is plugged in with the base model. We don't get any dash screen for power usage with the 400w. I'm curious enough to test it out.

With Ford....Who knows what is in the code. They don't eve tell us. I am thinking that the truck is looking at the flap covering the plug is what triggers the alarm.

Mine has received an update in approximately two months now. I have a mongoose cable and installed all of the updates earlier this year. Can someone check my trucks VIN to see if it has any updates to install now? When I installed the updates there were quite a few. The VIN is 1FTFW1ED2MFD08722.

A member on F150forum is reporting an OTA 4.3.4 being sent to his truck and failing to install. I looked up his VIN and it is a IPMA/PSCM update that requires the vehicle to be inhibited for 2.5 hours and the notes read:

"A vehicle with a view. The functionality of your Rear View Camera has been improved. Some camera views are now available while your vehicle is in motion. To monitor your cargo area or trailer, simply press your camera button and use the center high-mounted stop lamp camera (if equipped) or Rear View Camera, or watch the view from a trailer auxiliary camera (bought and installed separately). For more information on these features, visit Ford.com/support or your digital Owner’s Manual."

I believe this is an updated version of 2.8.1. This would explain why Ford started pushing out the 3.5.x updates to trucks that had not gotten the older updates yet. I sent Jesse the VIN to get his opinion on it. It seems like this update will have the issues of 2.8.1 where you have to connect the truck to a charger for it to install. On the member over there, it has failed several times due to insufficient battery voltage.

@tonesto7 Please add OTA 4.3.4 to the github. This should be a 2021 F150 OTA only.

I linked another post in that thread where someone who also couldn't install it was told by Ford that the update was recalled and had to roll back their truck.

Looks like one person states that they do have it installed though so you might want to grab their VIN.

After speaking to Jesse about 4.3.4 and checking a few other trucks that have gotten it, it seems like this update will differ as far as which modules are updated depending the on trim level and options of the truck it gets sent to. I just check another truck and it updates the IPMA, PSCM and CCM. So the packet contents will differ from truck to truck depending on how it is equipped.

This update could very well explain why Ford started pushing out the 3.x.x updates and skipping over the 2.x.x updates. They had a plan to replace those updates with this one. Of course, it's just a theory at this point. The good news is, Ford is not leaving the trucks that got skipped over updates behind.

That is 4.2.4. Your truck was skipped over 3.5.3, 3.5.4, 4.2.1 and 4.2.2. I would PM @Jesse-Infotainment with your VIN so he can take a look to see what it entails to get you the updates you're missing. It goes well beyond my scope of knowledge for me to help you with this.
Just in case anybody else is in the same boat, my truck skipped from 3.5.2 to 4.2.4 then yesterday I finally got 3.5.3! Hopefully this means I will now start to get the other ones I missed too.

Glad to hear! Enjoy that full-screen capability. It has been my favorite update so far.

Does anyone know if ICE trucks are slated to get bluecruise 1.2 anytime soon? It seems Ford is just terribly slow at updating. They are already talking about 1.3 and yet we just get minuscule updates. Honestly, I don’t think Ford cares about trucks they have sold already and rather just focus on new ones.

As much as I dislike the wife’s Tesla, they definitely have the update process down far better than Ford.

Nothing yet. Might never get it on current F-150 models.

@tonesto7 Please add the priority update below to the github page. The truck that reported getting it is a 2021; unclear if this will apply to all model years yet.

22-PU1009-MIL-PPOAug-2023A few modifictions were made to help improve the illuminated malfunction indicator lamps.ABS, PCM, BECM & SOBDMC.

Wondering if trucks like mine that do not have the BECM & SOBDMC modules will get this OTA? Model dependent OTA?

Yes, it will just update the modules your truck does have.

2021 F150 Lariat 502.......after receiving 4.3.5 a few weeks ago and then right after I received.
Power up 22-PU1009-PPO-SI
I Had almost a full tank of gas at the time roughly 435 miles to empty. After the update now it says 785 miles to empty. I drove about 30 miles and it dropped to 650....What is going on?????
