I did my SCCM the other day in FDRS but i recall it being chained to the IPMA update....ie I couldnt update one without doing the other. No DTCs.
I did the SCCM update the other day but i did not see a IPMA with it.

You might have already had it, I was way behind on several updates, spent nearly 15 hours doing updates to my truck despite still getting OTAs like 2.7.4.

Received this power up last night. They are rolling these updates out pretty regularly now. Gauge cluster was reset back to default this morning.

Got 23291 update on FDRS the other night.. failed 3 times when loading to usb... finally worked got it to work.....

Some of these updates take so long.. not sure how ford thinks this is going to load to our trucks in any real time.

Very likely. The last time Ford released a new IPMA update for ‘21s was around March 2022.

I’m not that familiar with the 8” cluster, but looking through some of the TSBs and SSMs it looks like it might have some minor bugs—more annoyances than anything else. If you have time on your license it might be worth doing to avoid the hassle of having to do it later if it turns out to be linked to other updates.

I did. https://www.f150gen14.com/forum/threads/ecu-module-programming-guide-using-fdrs.8249/post-398549. SSM 52078 said that reprogramming the SCCM might cause a DTC that needs to be corrected with an IPMA update. It didn’t say that it necessarily would. I never got a DTC after updating the SCCM with FDRS.
Same here. No DTC's in SCCM since I did mine.

Do you get this information from PTS or a different source?
PTS is the easiest way to see this, but the only was you can see it is if the update is in queue or already happened and is still in the OTA history.

Wow. I just got 6.2.0 on Nov 6th.
Seems like I'll be waiting for a while to move up in versions.

😂😂 I used to not be one of the first to get updates but a few months ago the Ford gods moved me up the list. Yes we need permanent banner that says charge you battery and reset BCM. I do it about once a month or after a bigger update just to make sure it’s fully charged.
With BCM all spelled out.......because that means something totally different to me that what it probably means.

They meant BMS not BCM.
