Power Seat/steering wheel Question

I have a 2021 F-150 Lariat crew cab with power seats. Is there a disable function to prevent the steering wheel from retracting into the dashboard and driver's seat moving back when the truck is turned off?

It’s under settings -> vehicle —> easy entry/exit -> turn it off
I turned it off as well. It’s a cool feature but I figure it’s one more thing to wear out over time.

The problem for many of us is, that option under settings....vehicle etc is missing. When I discovered it was missing (501A package) the dealer checked the other f150's with 501A packages on the lot that came in with mine and the option was missing on all of them. As of 7/17/21 no solution to this very annoying feature.

It's really not odd. I ordered my 2021 Lariat (501a package) on Sept 11, 2020, took delivery Dec 29, 2020. Apparently after that Ford realized the problem and they fixed it. My truck came into the dealership on their very first delivery. That is probably why I as well as MANY others have the problem. Otherwise we would just select "settings" "easy entry/exit" and turn it off and this thread would be non-existent

I don’t know if anyone still follows this thread, but… After my dealers third try they were able to get the turn off option added to the menu so I can finally turn off my easy entry/exit. The correction the listed on the work sheet is: “nec to apim configuration as per ssm 49861”
