Lots of people tint either for privacy, looks, or the heat rejection that newer films offer. Please post specs and pics of your setup so that others can see what it looks like on f150s!

Please don’t derail this thread with the legality of darker films, people will do as they please.

Llumar ceramic 35% on the fronts. There's a darker strip on the top of the windshield but don't have a good pic of that right now.

With your rear windows, did you add the 15% on top of the darkened window, or did you match it to get to the 15%?

Hi, yes the tint was put over the already factory tinted windows. No matching to get to the 15% was done. I worried about not being able to see. But from what I remember in the past and what I’ve been told 15% ceramic is different then your older/original 15% non ceramic tint. That must hold true because I have no issues at night time. I can back up and see out the back glass with no issues.

looking out the side windows, it’s obviously darker than normal but you are still able to see out of them at night.

I had the same thought as you and like accountant said, I went Xpel XR black 15% on front and 55% on rear to make it match and I didn't want it too dark. BUT as soon as i saw it roll out the bay I questioned my decision. It wasn't as dark as I hoped on the back. Def going back now that I see ur setup with same color (even better to compare) and get 15 all around.

Looks dark on cloudy days but bright sunny days looks close to factory.
