I've been to the dealer 6 times so far for this issue, they've had my truck for a combined total of over 2 business weeks.

Ford engineering is no help. Everyone keeps telling me it is fixed, then I play the exact same music that they have been given and it is identical.

The rear glass moving panel vibrates strongly when in the closed position. It's like it is loose in the track. They told me they replaced the glass twice and EVERY time they tell me it is fixed, I show up and it is exactly the same.

I don't know what to do - do I need to get lawyers involved? it is constant during most bass notes with the Unleashed package. I really paid extra for this?

Here is a link to a playlist with a sample of songs - Can any other forum members play these songs and tell me if there glass is rattling and driving them crazy too?

When I first got my truck the back glass rattled to. I upgraded the sub and in the process did some sound treatment along the back wall. Personally I don't think it's the glass but a combination of the back wall, cables and glass. Here's a picture with the sound treatment and I wrapped the cable with the fuzzy Tesla tape and secured everything. Pay attention to the cable that's in the window track to. Since then it's been great and much quieter in the truck but I also did more than the back wall.

You can take it to the dealer but if you really want to make it better, sound treatment is the way to go.

There is a TSB for this - https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2022/MC-10209204-0001.pdf

Curious what the dealer actually did..

There's also another thread that may be helpful -https://www.f150gen14.com/forum/threads/sliding-rear-window-rattle-help.2722/
No, this TSB does not apply as it is a fix for a rattling cable. This is not the case. The moving back glass window pane rattles in the track that it sits in.

Also, the thread that you referenced does not apply either...

It's not a sound treatment issue. The sliding glass pane is rattling in it's track. You can use your finger to apply pressure during bass notes and the rattle stops.

Some sound treatment would be nice, but that's not the problem.

Has anyone else tried the playlist???

Can you find some way to shim the track tighter to hold it tighter? There's also window seal lube (think it's silicone based lube).

Some felt tape in the top aluminum channel should help. Sounds like the glass is hitting the plastic/aluminum channel and rattling. The felt tape should help. If you open the slider you should be able to see the plastic u channel in the aluminum. I would put the tape over the plastic and aluminum.

Unfortunately, that does not cover my issue as the TSB is for when the glass is open - my issue is when it is closed.
You mean to tell me that if you play your music with the rear glass open, it doesn’t rattle? I bet it rattles open or closed. Might as well give the TSB a shot.
