That's a great looking truck. Congratulations on your purchase. May you have enjoy ypur truck as much as so many of us have.Flew into Iowa yesterday late afternoon to pick up my new wheels. Here’s what was waiting for me after Lisa picked me up at the airport:
As everyone said the process was easy. Chip was great and checked a few requested items before I arrived. The only snagged is that the keys from the OEM retractable tonneau was never delivered by the factory. Chip said he would be hot on the trail and followed-up with an email saying keys would be mailed to me by July 26th.
The paperwork was completely quickly by Shelby. Since most posts on this forum are of Chip, I asked Shelby if I could

My plan was to drive halfway to my son’s home in Cleveland and find a hotel to chill. But after driving through Iowa for about an hour, tornado warnings came on the radio, Waze, and alerts on my iPhone. Take cover of an impeding disaster was the basic message. This warnings became more frequent and more dire in Illinois and Indiana. I stopped at two hotels in Indiana and there were no vacancies. At one, every guest was in their PJs in the lobby because of the pending tornado. i checked out four more motels in South Bend and then made two more stops at hotels on route. No one had any vacancy so I just kept driving and reached Cleveland at 5:05am.
Never, thankfully, had the chance to see a twister but it was raining more heavily than Asian monsoons I experienced in living 23 there. The truck performed admirably and I actually used Blue Cruise about 40% of the time which alleviated the stress of the long drive under inclement weather.
By the time I arrived, it was sunny in Cleveland.
