Just me and no dogs. So, I didn't need too much gear. Slept inside the truck 70% of the time and in a ground tent the other 30%. Used the back seats as my living room and then folded them back and used an inflatable backpacking mattress on the floor. Being shorter than 5'9" helps a lot to being able to sleep inside the cab. Never stayed at a motel or ate in restaurants. Had a blast seeing what this beautiful country has to offer.
- Carried 12 Gallons of water
- Kept my food cold with a Dometic fridge. The Fridge was connected to a Jackery 300 and the Jackery was plugged into the truck.
- Most of my cooking was done using a microwave oven (I have a Powerboost. So, plenty of power)
- Used a Luggable Loo for trash and other waste.
Started trip in Maryland. Mainly stayed in Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Northern California, Oregon, Washington State, Montana, and Wyoming. The trip lasted 10 weeks.
Picture below is a remote location in Utah.
