OTA not updating Sync platform

I recently was updated to 2.8.2 OTA. I have full Blue Cruise but I am still on Software Version: 21281_PRODUCT Revision: 244. Has anyone else had similar problems or thoughts on a fix?

There are updates and feature improvements and further development beyond the minimum requirements of Bluecruise. So there's good reason for desiring your truck to be up to date.

Not all updates will change the software version number in sync. 2.8.2 didn't change the product or revision. I think only apim updates change the version listed in sync. The next update you get, hopefully soon, 2.8.3 should update the version number you see in sync to 22095_Product Revision: 421

It’s been a long battle. I might have had to learn a few things a long the way. Heck if I don’t keep up on the forum how will I know what my truck isn’t doing.
