Order tracking website not working

Is anyone else having a difficult time tracking their truck? My VIN is 1ftfw1edxmfa21354 and it keeps saying no info or invalid VIN. Does the VIN look correct?

If your VIN is from a "stock" order, then it won't work on that site. You'll need to check with your dealership for updates.

i don’t think it was a stock order. I special ordered it through the dealer. The dealer was able to track it a few weeks ago. He said it was scheduled to be built on 11/9. But I don’t want to keep bothering him about it.

With your schedule date, I would say it is a stock order like mine. That website won't track stock orders I don't think, as already mentioned. I know the old COTUS system would. I keep trying but get the same info you are and we have similar build dates.

I have a VIN and a 12/21 build date. I get Invalid as well when I try my VIN. My dealer order my retail order and a duplicate stock order but didnt tell which one got the VIN number

Tough to tell, with it not showing up on the tracker it could be the stock one.
