I believe, correct me if I'm wrong.

It tracks the active VINs that users entered to the tracker.

Time in status, actual: how long since you've been moved to your current status. (eg. , in production, awaiting shipment, shipped...)

Time in status, estimated: approximately how it has taken users to move off that stage to the next, on average.
