Oil life monitor in Fordpass not resetting

Got my first oil change this week, and reset the oil life monitor using the Settings menu, but Fordpass is still showing the old low value and telling me to schedule an oil change. How long does this take to update?

The last time I had my oil changed it took a couple days to reset on Ford Pass. Other times it showed an update right away.

Mine took about two days when I reset it myself. Strangely the Hours and Idle Hours did not reset.

I dont think the idle hours will reset. Those are tied to the lifetime of the truck. Similar to the odometer. They are not for the oil life. Even though they are in the same menu.

Interesting, thanks! Mine didn't reset either when I did it myself. But when the dealership did the first oil change, they reset.
As of this second oil change, the engine has 337 total hours per Trip 2 which I have never reset. The "Hours" on the oil life meter was at 154.
I can monitor the hours manually for the current oil change, but wish there was a way to reset it.

Ford Pass is showing 0 oil life in my brand new '22, but the menu in the truck display shows 100. Anyone else have that issue? Been 3 days now since I picked it up and still not displaying correct value in app.

I guess resetting the life in the truck might force the new info to be sent to the app?

Probably a stupid question but did you check your oil level?

Ha, yes. First thing I did when the temp got above freezing on Thursday afternoon. Seems like it finally synced up. Showing 100% on the app as of ~9pm last night. Happened before I even had a chance to reset in the truck.

It did take about two days to show in Fordpass. I was going nuts until I remembered this thread.
