Torsen showed up today. Man, am I itching to get this in!

I have one still in the box sitting in my basement, Powertrain warranty is just about up on my 2022, still debating on the cost of having this done, how much did you get quoted on the labor, or are you doing the work yourself?

I've only ever had luck with going to a dealer and giving them the serial number to get that info. I am not sure if there are any online resources for that anymore.

Pretty sure at this point, that I'm going to do it myself (with a couple buddies). We have a Raptor axle to put in a friends Raptor swapped F150 and we will need to do gears and add a Torsen to the front of his while we are at it. We were going to install the Torsen in mine afterwards.

I'm still contemplating getting a front diff out of a wreck to install the Torsen and then just swap in the whole diff assembly.

I'm hoping I got a line on a front diff out of a wrecker that I can install the Torsen in and then swap the assembly into the truck. The old truck sold faster than I expected, so I would prefer to not have too much downtime with this one, if I can avoid it.

I was able to grab a couple of other things this weekend. I found a "work station" armrest that should get here next week and a RCI bed rack for a Roof top tent. Can't wait to post pics once installed.

Back home and finally had time to unbox the shocks. They look quite good quality wise, very light with the aluminum bodies. Need to get them on later this week.

The truck got a post road trip clean up, Elka shocks installed on the back and rear wheel liners finally put in.

Man, that was a fun ride. You do great work and must be a happy man to have the skill and space to do it all yourself! I'm in Cowtown too, you seem like a guy I'd enjoy a beer and an off road with. But here I am, scared to even Forscan my f150.

I bought the whole assembly used from MarketPlace, so unfortunately I don't have part numbers. I do believe there is a thread on the site though that lists it all out.
