NO POWER @ 2.4 outlet in bed

I get absolutely no power at the outlet in bed. The sync system sees when i plug something into it but wont power anything. Anyone else with issues?

Uh-oh. You seem to be the second person that is having a similar issue with the bed mounted outlets for the ProPower On Board.

As always with any trouble shooting, need to ask a simple question. Did you turn it on?

I've gotten power to the outlet by enabling generator mode on the 12'' display. No problems so far. Did you activate generator mode in that way and try it?

I have tried everything. On/off
The screen sees that I have something plugged in and asks if I would Ike to power the outlet. Yes/No….
Nothing.
the little status light in the back lights up when i push the button.
