Hi
This is my first truck ever. it's a 2021 Powerboost. I had this problem, when shift from reserve to drive or drive to reserve, and you put down the gas pedal, the truck seems like the transmission not in gear yet when I push the gas pedal, and the truck will feel lurk/jerk a bit.
But if I shift from reserve to drive, wait 0.5 sec to 1 sec, then push the gas pedal, it's fine.
I have been driving cars all my life, so when you want to do a U-turn, pull forward then reverse and pull forward again. The transmission in cars are doing very smoothly.
So is it because this is a truck, when I do a U-turn, I need to wait a little bit before I push the gas pedal on to avoid the lurk/jerk. So I pull forward, shift to reverse, wait 0.5 - 1 sec, push the gas pedal, shift to drive, wait 0.5 - 1 sec, push the gas pedal. If I do it this way, the truck can be smooth.
I want to make sure there is nothing wrong with my truck.
