Yep, noticed the update button around noon today, got home and pushed it, said 3.5.3.2 updated. Checked Fordpass about 6 said 3.5.4 update successful. Have not checked truck sync screen yet. Not sure it means anything to me, I’m sorta off the grid (no celly)Both within hours of each other? The floodgates are open!
I'm not part of the program. Got to work again today and truck updated to 3.5.4Are you both part of the early release program?
I'm in Ontario Canada, updates came this week.Sounds like I just might wait a while and see if I get the updates sent to my truck. I was planning on updating the truck this week, but only have the one update to do. Waiting a while just might save about $67.00 Cdn. Has any Canadian trucks been updated that anyone knows about?
Just picked up my special ordered 23 Lariat, could you check my VIN 1FTFW1ED1PFA42520?If it's no trouble (and no rush), 1FTEW1E84NFC03423 (2022 Tremor 402A 3.5EB)
Thanks!
Would you mind checking VIN 1FTFW1ED1PFA42520 ?I can confirm the following OTA is being pushed out. A member PM'd me to check his VIN privately and he has it in his queue, but I have seen it in at least two other trucks I have checked. This OTA was not listed in the power up wiki, so I went ahead and added it now that I have seen multiple trucks get it.

Ford Power-Up 3.5.3.2 While you may have seen this update before, we’re resending to ensure some housekeeping features are included to help further enhance your user experience. We've been super busy. Check these out. Dynamic Screen Resizing When you’re using Android Auto™ or Apple CarPlay®, you can now make them appear on your touchscreen in the size you prefer. Feature availability varies by model. Ongoing updates like this help you enjoy the best possible version of your F-150® truck. Android Auto is a trademark of Google LLC. Apple CarPlay is a trademark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.
The truck I just checked got it sent to him on 1/9, and it has been downloading since then. Has anyone gotten this update to install successfully on their truck? If so, can you confirm that you can resize CarPlay/AA to whatever size you want? If this is accurate, then anyone who is fully updated with FDRS should be able to do the same.
Edit: The member I referenced in this post is officially part of Ford's Early Access program. Us peasants will not be getting this any time soon.
Yes, if your battery doesn't have the correct state of charge (80% or greater) it won't initiate the update even if it's successfully pushed to your truck. Many members have had mixed luck getting dealerships to replace the battery via the warranty. I personally suffered this issue and after fighting with my dealership just bought a new battery which fixed that problem.I noticed my start/stop is not working and when I go to the screen for stop/start when it should be stopped it says "due to charging". Could this be keeping me from getting updates?
Thanks for the info. Maybe I'll try charging it some this weekend to see if it triggers the update. I've had it at the dealer once already for the deep sleep messages. They charged the battery and acted like that should fix it...guess it will be going back.Yes, if your battery doesn't have the correct state of charge (80% or greater) it won't initiate the update even if it's successfully pushed to your truck. No OTAs int he past 60 days and none in queue right now.Can some check my VIN please: 1FTEW1EP1NKE87379
This man barely has 1k miles on his truck and already worried about updates? lol No OTAs in your queue. You have a 2023. You mean to tell me Ford is shipping these trucks out without the latest updates on them? You don't have full screen carplay/android auto?Would you mind checking VIN 1FTFW1ED1PFA42520 ?
Getting updates? No. Like @speedracercjr said, it can prevent them from successfully installing, but you'd have to get it sent to you first.I noticed my start/stop is not working and when I go to the screen for stop/start when it should be stopped it says "due to charging". Could this be keeping me from getting updates?
It's a hard fight to get the dealership to replace it. The battery will crank the truck all day long, but the state of charge isn't enough to allow the update to safely install. If you can get a screenshot of FDRS showing your state of charge maybe that'll help convince themThanks for the info. Maybe I'll try charging it some this weekend to see if it triggers the update.
