New 2022 F150 ordering constraints

Well as most of you may know Ford is having some production issues as most manufactures are! We are announcing a huge 2% under invoice ordering opportunity for 2022 F150 excluding the Raptor and Lighting models here at Chapman For in EHT. With that being said below are a few of the features that will delay your order or can not be order at all! Please reply with any questions or email me directly!

Delay production:

• upgraded tow packages
• spray in bed liner

Can not order Feature on 2022 as add on!!!Only If the feature is not standard for the trim level you are ordering

• Tech Tow Package
• 360 camera

**This will not effect trucks already SCHEDULED to be built this will ONLY be relevant to trucks that are unscheduled or new orders.

It also looks like they are removing Active Park Assist 2.0 as well!

It looks like the assist 2.0 will not be able to be built on the 2022 F150 from this point forward so no 360 cameras will be installed as of today, this could change it also depends on when your are pulled for scheduled as things are changing daily right now.

I found this helpful, as I'm assuming one of these options is what has my [mostly built] order stuck in "in production" purgatory.

This is probably the case yes I wouldnt know without seeing the order, they will leave the order as unscheduled until they ether lift the ban or it rolls over into the 2023 model year

Your best option is to reach out to the dealer you ordered from and they will be able to tell you for sure, but yes it will effect the high trim levels for sure

Just reach out and see if you are scheduled if you are you should be ok but if not and you want it to be built as soon as possible you should pull it yes.
