Need some help!!!

Was camping last week with the family and plugged a shop vac into the truck to vacuum some sand out of the truck and camper from the beach. I only have the 2KW power receptacle but thought it could manage the shop vac. It ran for about 10 second and turned off. The kiddo un-plugged it, plugged it back in and it turned off again after a few seconds. Now the 400w 120v plug in the cab and the bed both illuminate the indicator light for about 3-5 seconds and then go out. My daughter tried to charge her laptop the other day on a trip (she has done many times before) with no success. Manual shows fuse 35. Fuse is still good. However it’s only a 5 amp. Swapped it with fuse 30 that day it runs nothing lol and did the same thing. Any info or suggestions would be helpful, my dealer where I’m at is terrible and the service department is even worse. I’m going to assume you reset the gen? Or hit the trip switch in the bed?

It’s the 2KW on an XLT, no generator just that small inverter under the rear seat. I would assume there is a way to reset it. The fuse block is just converting the DC-AC power and those fuses are good but it won’t stay running. There isn’t a breaker reset button on the XLT for the 2KW.

Same 2kw system here. Have you gone through the sync screen to reset it? I’ve had issues where mine was completely turn off.

Could have sworn I had a reset button in the bed, but it’s just a power button.

Put in a new fuse... I have seen fuses that appeared good still not conduct... rare but it happens...

I did, same result, light above each outlet illuminates fort a few seconds they goes out and acts like neither plug has power to it
