NEED HELP WITH LED HEADLIGHT CONVERSION

New to the forum. New to Ford.

I have an Iconic Siler 2022 F150 5.0

I already dropped it 3/5 with some Cosmis Racing Wheels.

I just purchased the LED headlights and fogs, need some guidance on how to install the harness and forscan codes.

There website says sold out and have no idea when they’ll get more. And they can’t seam to ever reply to anything you ask them.
