MY23 Shipping Yet?

Ed Kenley in Layton Utah has a Retail 2023 PowerBoost (4X4, 7.4kw onboard power) sitting on their lot as of today 11/30.

Last 4 of the vin is 0583, pretty young truck vin wise.

Maybe some of the trucks are hitting lots under retail orders?

Still 504 awaiting shipment. I have no clue what is going on in Dearborn. I was just on 75 south of Michigan and saw 2 car haulers full of F150s. Something is getting shipped and I suspect it is dealer stock.

everything that has come into the dealer so far is to be rail and last mile from the Roper Yard in salt lake it appears

Today is 12/1/22 and I’m in my seventh ETA range. Now it’s 12/7/22. I don’t understand why Ford gives out ETA’s when they already know they won’t be meeting those dates. I just don’t get it.

I see more stock available on the dealer lots over past few weeks here.

Just seems like a bunch of us have built 2023s just sitting in Dearborn for weeks.

I wonder the same thing, I drove by the back lot of my local dealer and swear it looks like a lot of new F-150's back there, way more than they show on their website. I have yet to ask my salesman about it as I am hoping the truck I ordered comes soon. however I am 14 days into the waiting to ship group. puzzling how or why some 23's ship within days of being built yet a lot dont, and even worse, how they can still have 22's on order that havent shipped.

Day 37 since my truck was built and just parked in a lot in Dearborn.

Yeah... same situation. Day 40... sitting in a railyard since 10/28. 75 minutes from Dealer. Last status update was 11/3. 11 ETA changes. Right now I don't even have an ETA anymore. Ordertrack is using a simple data pull similar to a timestamp minus present day formula... not useful beyond primary status change. FP don't care and status is lagging software. Ford CS don't care. Ford supervisors don't care. Dealership thinks its transit delays. Regional rep doesn't care. I'm over here like why would a special order sit for 40 days... just sit and everyone scratches their head and shrugs their shoulders at that. It's unreal. At some point this becomes storage, right?

Well, just got some bad news from my local dealer. BAP is on constraint with slim chance of getting it anytime soon. Changed my order to a Platinum from a Lariat because of some other changes I wanted to make. Anyone waiting, who hasn't already done so, may want to contact their salesperson. Ford just supplied dealers with the constraint list, and percentage of those available to order.

BAP being on constraint makes no sense. Unless they are short on the 18 or 20" wheels, paint for the bumpers/grill, black interior, BAP hood, or the spray in liner.

Everything else that BAP adds would be in the Lariat High package.
