I flew in on Thursday evening. Granger Ford was very accommodating as my flight was rerouted and delayed a little bit. Some observations about Granger Ford because I’ve read the things that people wrote here both good and bad. They were absolutely awesome and met all of my expectations. The delivery experience was so good that my last name is Granger and I asked for a T-shirt and they brought me one with Granger motors. Which is really cute. Chip sold the truck kept in contact with me very professional. Shelby handled the delivery paperwork. I was out of the dealership less than an hour! I pre-signed everything in advance and just needed to sign some title work. As for the truck, it’s Everything that I could imagine. I’m going to sell my 2021 F150 limited in the near future once it’s out of the shop yet again. All of the things that went wrong with that truck have been corrected in this one. The heads up display is amazing works both day and night and really reduced driving fatigue. Blue Cruise is vastly improved. The lane change works great. From Iowa to Virginia Beach I would say blue Cruise was on 80% of the time. It’s tighter with almost no lane sway and the lane change even has a suggestion if traffic starts to slow and there’s a clear lane for you. I absolutely love the truck and I’m thankful for Granger Ford. I am a small business owner here in Virginia Beach and we are going to change some of our processes for sales based on my experience with Granger Ford. Unequivocally I would buy another truck from them.

It appears to me the issue with @Granger Ford is when they receive a defective vehicle and fail at their job of inspecting the vehicle from defects once received from factory. Then exacerbate the issue by not notifying their client prior to travel, shipping or closing on the vehicle. They then appear to wash their hands of everything by saying its warranty issues.

Bottom line is your experience was great with @Granger Ford because @Ford Motor Company did their job of quality control prior to your truck leaving the factory.

I was wondering about your situation and also had a question for you? Mine came back with Rotar on the tires but it was from the construction in route and I took it off. Was there anything that happened with the convoy? Also, did you inspect it coming off the truck? Not trying to question I just wondering how that could happen. They seemed very thorough with me.

It wasn’t me that it happened to. It’s another member of the forum. I feel we all need to stick together as one big voice and hope things rea made right to those who were wronged.

That's why I would buy a refundable return airfare just in case.

The HUD looks nice, I wish my 2022 had it. It is wonderful to have IMO.

My Dad has a Sante Fe with a HUD and that is better than the HUD my wifes Lexus NX350h has. The Hyundia has the BLIS information in the HUD and the speed sign symbol turn orange when you are 1 - 5 miles over the speed limit before it turns red at 6+ over. Very nice little feature.

Good luck with truck and I hope you never need that PB for your home.

Begging your tolerance, I had just the one off-topic question and do not intend to further hijack your thread.

Your truck looks great, the HUD is nifty, I'm glad that you, like myself a couple of years ago, had a positive experience with Granger Ford (y)

I don't think it was random luck that my truck was detailed to a "T" when I picked it up at Granger and that the entire transaction was so positive. I think the entire Granger team works hard to ensure that outcome for the far vast majority of their customers.

I hope you enjoy your new F150 as much as I'm enjoying mine! :)

The HUD is the best I’ve seen. One of the reasons I moved away from my 2021 Limited was for HUD and lane change. I’ll try the power on the house this week. The old Ford did just fine. Will see and I’ll keep you posted.

Yeah the HUD looks real real nice! Hell the truck looks real damn nice!

Glad you're experience went great as well. I know we all feel for Barry in the other thread but its good to see buyers/owners still having great experiences from Granger
