I’m gonna use this thread to document my 2021 AMB Limited and the mods I plan to do.

Vehicle arrived at dealership today, 1 day ahead of the published ETA date. Dealer called me to come down and do an inspection. The following pics are the ones I took to document the state of the vehicle pre-PDI. Some pics may seem strange to some but others will know why that particular angle or part was photographed.

My new wheels and tires go on tomorrow and ceramic tint on Friday morning. Then I pick it up assuming the dealership has addressed the axle rust to my satisfaction.

If anyone is interested in a mint set of Limited 22 inch wheel and General Grabber tires let me know. I will probably sell them private sale over the next few weeks.

Check your lettering on the hood. Mine is peeling or rubbing off. Dealer is looking at it tomorrow morning.

So quick interim update from dealership. Still hasn’t been detailed, no ceramic tint yet, and has not yet had rust addressed and undercoat done (dealership agreed to do it).

So far just a quick view of the Fuels Covert’s +20mm with Nitto Ridge Grapplers (295/60R20). Exactly the stance I was looking for with very mild poke from fender. Just enough to give a little more aggressive stance.

Nice truck, great additions and the AMB is just stunning. There is some nasty stuff (granular) on the undercarriage which is eating away the metal. I would suggest getting a sample of the material for evidence, if needed in future. Interested in finding out what the dealer is proposing for treatment.

Another minor interim update... ceramic on side windows, back window and sunroof done (apparently they also did a stripe on my windshield which I did not ask for...not sure how I feel about it - anyone else have this? Like it?)

Level done, wheels and tires done, rust done and underbody treatment done. Honestly it was too dark when I picked up to really check if fully addressed but will check tomorrow and post more pics).

BTW, the front windshield tint band - is not bad @ all. It's not that wide - so it looks great & a lot better than I was thinking (if I was going to get one or not). Your's helped me. I"ll end up getting one also.

They didn’t tell me name and I’m not sure of cost - dealership covered
