How long did you drive without the pedal commander?

how did you black out the grille and the tailgate?
what's the leveling kit?
what's the wheel? (size, offset)
what's the tire? (brand, type, size)

   Drove about 1k miles and just added the pedal commander today . I was able to set on eco settings to stay in electric easier and the sport and city option was immediate response on the throttle

wrapped it gloss black, base on installer it was a tedious task for the front grill.

bilstiens 6112 front and 5140 rear with hellwig sway bar

Vossens 20 inch with+15 offset
Nitro ridge grapplers 295 60 20

My "first truck" was a 1978, Chevy Full Time 4x4 with a 454. I could outrun Porsches on twisty asphalt roads.. AND DID!

And the damn thing climbed like a Mountain Goat.

But... GM ain't what it used to be and I know where to go to get a 4x4 truck.

454 … what a beast of a 5 mpg unstoppable force … we used to have a dually tow vehicle and I could have put a litter of kittens through Harvard for what it drank …

I have much the same in mind (Bilstein and Hellwig with a detachable link for off-road) and Vossen makes a decent wheel. I'll probably go Patagonia or KO2 tires for winter/snow.
Anyway, nicely done, your Platinum looks like you actually use it, not just drive it to somewhere to "supervise" other people working. : )

Thanks for the info on Hellwig rear sway bar. It will be my next project.

any issues installing or running the 6112s?? Would love to run this setup but every installer near me says the they're "not compatible" BS

No issues at all. Very straight forward. Rides a lot better than stock
