MY 2025 F-150 Order Banks open in August

Just went on the Ford site and built a MY25 with the exact same features as the MY24 I will be getting in late Oct or early Nov. The price went up $2,105, a 2.3% increase over the same vehicle in MY24.

I just went on to the Build and Price site and priced out a F150 501a identical to the 2024 that I ordered (scheduled the week of Sept. 30th) and it priced out $325 more than my 2024. Some of the options went up and some of them went down, but that's not much of an increase. Mine's a 3.5L Ecoboost.

Interesting on the door keypad. That used to come in base on XLT up for 2024 I believe.

It also looks like the SecuriCode Keyless-Entry Keypad is a Dealer Installed Option that is installed on the driver's door just above the door handle.

Lariat changes / oddities ....

It appears that leather seating has been dropped from the Lariat?

And what's with the requirement to bundle BAP with the Lariat Tow-Haul Mode 3.55 axle and tranny?

Yeah, the Tow/Hal package is shown available as a stand-alone option, but apparently it doesn't include the 10-speed with tow/haul mode (?)

Sure anxious to see the full Order Guide to better clarify some of this stuff.

On the order guide for 2025 that Zach from Granger just posted it does show the PB with a $1900 discount, and the 502a Lariat package with a $2000 discount. I think they may be glitched in the build site Ford just posted.

Was hoping for King Ranch 5.0 return, looks like I might do a Lariat 501A with 5.0, I really am starting to want the crew cab but still want the 6.5’ bed so a Tremor is a non-starter as much as I’d love one. Would also like some leather at this point so Lariat it is.

Lariat says leather trimmed active-X bucket seats on the main page for 2025 model year. That means synthetic leather on seating surfaces and real leather bolsters. That’s what they’ve been doing for years, they just gave it a name. No animal product in it.

Yes that is what I was trying to find from the order guide that Zach from Granger posted. On my window sticker (2022) it states Leather Trimmed, but on the 2025 order guide I only see "Seating Material - ActiveX" with no mention of the trimmed anymore. At least not that I have been able to find for the Lariat but I could have easily missed it.

From within the print dialog, "export/print as pdf". Seems to work for everything except adobe products, which intercept it to promote their attempted monopoly.

sorry if I missed this in discussion already but on the platinum it looks like
- No more platinum plus
- colors which were exclusive (I think?) to platinum plus (that bronze metallic thing) are gone
- Only BAP on platinums now, no silver wheels/accents available, this means new color combinations are available as I think some (like the carbonized gray) previously were only available in platinum plus with the silver accents/wheels...now available with black wheels/accents
- no more fancy truffle interior, just the black

Makes me wonder if they are going to add back a Limited (never made sense to me that they got rid of it since they maintained platinum plus with all the distinctions you would have expected in a limited)

Edit: Just realized plat plus is still a thing (so dumb) but isnt available until late spring '25....

They only kept Area-51 for one year as well.
I would think Ford could capitalize on offering the desert sand color from the bronco sport and the eruption green metallic. Both of those with a BAP would be
