I called Ford Marketing hoping to get an update on a KR I ordered 9/20/23. Nothing promising for me; however I did ask about MY25 F150 Order Banks and she said they will be opening in August.

It will be interesting to see how a Regular Cab short bed can be optioned compared to the 2024..Will a XLT be back?
Agree. I'm looking forward to seeing the order guide.

I use this link for work purposes. While this is Fleet-focused, it will give you a general guideline for Retail orders. The MY24 F150 order banks opened Sept 13th, 2023. I would hazard a guess that ordering guides will be available in August 2024 for MY25 F150, but that is all semantics and guess work.

I am in the same boat as you with my King Ranch .... Ordered 09/27/2023, and nothing from Ford. Buying a year old truck with zero incentives or financing doesn't make a lot of sense to me. May wait until the truck comes in to decide on canceling or ordering a 2025.

I got the rebates and incentives for my lariat when it came in even tho they weren’t there when I ordered it.

For those of us that ordered last year and haven't even received a build date, do you think by ordering a MY25 will get you a truck sooner? It will be the same thing, the higher end trims will sit in the order banks unfilled. If Ford hasn't solved their supply chain issue for the MY24 how do you think they can in 25.

I’m curious if things like PAT will be a job 2 item like MY24. So even if you do wait you’ll be pushed to job 2 once again. Things like max recline have been out a while now and those were job 2.

I agree and will just stay in line with my current MY24 order unless they add another unique feature.

Not for MY25, maybe the new one in ~2028, but probably wishful thinking.
I think I would only want a plug in port as an assist for driving style variations. I want to be able to use “shore” power when available to charge up my HVB and LVB, but not be required to do so during a trip. I need to be able to go from Orlando to Denver only stopping to fill up for gas. I don’t want to add the eventual soul crushing search for an EV charging station just to keep going. Let me get gas and let it idle in charge mode or something as an option.

I doubt you would see an F-150 PHEV from Ford until at least 2028 like UGADawg says. Maybe even later. The PB is working fine for them as they polish it up and the 2025 Ramcharger is right around the corner. They would likely wait to see the response to that before they devote a lot of resorces to a new model or or a PB replacement. See what kind of demand it generates and what the issues are before they would replace the PB with a PHEV.

I have high hopes for the Ramcharger and if it is a successful truck you may see manufactures devote some time to develop an engine that can generate a lot of electrical power at low RPM's. I do not know if it is doable but a solid simple 4 cylinder that sips gas while it fully powers the electric motors for long distance range will be a wonderful thing.

The 2025 electric Ram will have a 3.5 L engine that needs to run continuously to generate enough electric power to the battery. The engine will not power the drive train only power a generator to charge the battery. From what I read, the 2025 Electric Ram will get about 675 miles per tank, similar to the F150 PB. Ti.e will tell and we need to hear from those who buy one.
