These running boards were in the garbage in my neighborhood. I sandblasted them, repaired a couple dings and creases in the sheetmetal and coated them. Free running boards are the best kind.

Any rub on the tires? Did you have to do any trimming?

I like it. Very clean looking truck. That's the tire size I've been waiting to see on here. Everyone else is running 20's. I'm a bigger fan of 18's my self.
I'm very interested in the measurement of the highest point on your cab. And also like others have asked about, any rubbing/trimming.

I'm very impressed with mine as well. got the soft trifold. went on a road trip through rain and snow everything bone dry....now one thing I'm extremely not impressed with is the 2.7 gas mileage.

What are you getting? I have the 5.0. I get 16 around town; 14 in the coldest weather; and 20 highway. My driving is country/suburban roads in SW PA. Lots of stop signs, 35 mph speed limits, and tons of hills.

Hmm..... I’d sure hope for low 20’s at least. I dunno. When my lease is up I’d love better mileage, but I haven’t seen any results showing the new PowerBoost hitting near the 24/24. And I don’t want to add the complexity of the EcoBoost if it’s not going to get much better MPG than the Coyote.

There are multiple videos out there showing 24mpg or better on individual trips of over 40 miles combined driving. Also, these engines need to break in. Which should also add to the MPG economy.
