First truck awaits shipment- aside from a bed cover what are some cargo management must haves?
I.e. under back seat/bed storage accessories etc. Thanks for the recommendations.

Do you have the BoxLink? I think there's a lot of Ford accessories that attach to those

I use swing cases to help with the management of items in the bed. Love them.

I purchased this bed divider that hooks to the box link plate from Ford. I really like it and my Chevy and Ram buddies are just like 😳 The dealership made a video of my truck if you want to see the rep talk about it:

I have the Bedrug bed mat only and this:

Truth be told, I don't use the cargo net and have the stabilzer bar about 5" off the bed about 3' back from the tailgate. My groceries and other day-use travel stuff goes there and with the bed rug, it doesn't move around much.

One more item I consider essential, BAK Industries Revolver X4S:

This takes up almost no room in the bed when rolled up all the way. The biggest plus is when rolled up, it does not block the rear window like the covers with the panels.

A 1x12 pine board cut to fit the slots in the bed.
I was thinking of doing this but was concerned about how much room would be left between the tailgate and board. Approx how much room is there? Thinking there may be more room using the Ford accessories divider shown above that connects to the box link. But, guessing it's like $400?

I think it was $365 but I included it in my build. Somehow that makes it less painful price wise 😂 It leaves a little over 16 inches.

Thank you for providing the measurement.

It's pretty pricy in Canadian pesos....

That’s crazy. It shows $350 here is the US. Still expensive but it is a nice feature.

16" is about right. It's just the right size for a milk crate (another critical item btw), propane tank, or gas can. I prefer a 1x12 over 2x12 because it's easy to lift with one hand. Seems strong enough for my purpose.
