Who were the brainiacs in charge of this cluster? You have a bridge that's too low for the cars, or cars that are too tall for the bridge, and a conductor that just keeps chugging along.

Who were the brainiacs in charge of this cluster? You have a bridge that's too low for the cars, or cars that are too tall for the bridge, and a conductor that just keeps chugging along.
I’m not certain the engineer or anyone on the train was actually responsible.
I think I read that they were directed to this route by the “traffic commander “ sitting in an office on the 5th floor of a business complex in Vermont—or Delaware.

That's part of what I was pointing out, whoever scheduled those cars on that route overlooked the height of the cars vs the bridge.
