Misfiring - Violent Engine Jerking (2021 Powerboost)

Hi there...
On the way home a couple of days ago, acceleration would often cause violent engine jerking. CEL came on and was blinking. Got it home, but had it towed to dealership. Apparently spark plug and coil pack need replacement with a service message number of SSM50432.

Anyone at Ford that could advise what this means? I couldn't find it on any TSB sites or other lookups. Want to make sure that this known issue isn't going to end up coming back.

Hmmm... seems strange to have with only 5000 miles on the engine!

Well, they replaced all of the spark plugs and all of the boots and I am back on the road. He mentioned that these parts from Ford directly, are back-ordered for 8 months and that he luckily had a local parts manager who was kind enough to sell him the parts...

Allegedly, different part numbers from what was replaced?

FMC CYFS 12Y RT3 : Spark plugs(x6)
SPO ML3Z 12A402 A: Boots(x6)

Well, it's back in the shop... Got about 40 miles in, and it started doing it again. What a disappointment.
