Media bin light stays on??

I left the media bin (phone charging) door open and after locking up, all interior lights are off but blue ambient light in the bin was still on. Waited a little while and it was still on. Do you have to close the sliding cover/door to make sure the light doesn’t stay on?

It prob stays on as long as the usb is set to charge. I’m not sure about the new ones but mine on my old truck was 75 minutes. Although some people would change it via forscan.

The blue lighting around the USB ports in the bin go out right away but the bin light stays on. I'm checking longer to what it does.

Update: Checked after 15 mins and it was already out. Non-issue.
