A couple thoughts:
One, this is the 3rd or 4th PowerBoost test I’ve seen, and none of them have crossed 20mpg, let alone hit the 24/24/24 rating. Honestly, is this going to be worth the price over a 2.7EB for the daily driver?
Second, those grey cloth seats in the XLT are still too light. They’re going to get a rubbed-in dirty look very quickly.

Lol.........Also on his first video on YouTube when he was picking up the truck in Michigan, he said his “XLT‘ has the “502A“ high package.

It’s all good though and I often watch his channel.

Ummm, did you see the speed that they were cruising at?
The 2.7 EB will also have poor mileage cruising on the interstate at almost 80 MPH.

All MPG test by manufacturers are done in the most optimum conditions and with a vehicle setup from the factory to get the best MPG at 55 which is the national speed limit.

You do know that highway mpg is determined at 55 mph? The guy that posted about his first 1500 posted that he got it to 24.3 mpg. Funny, he had to drive for mileage and not 80 mph to get it.

P.S. I get over the rated mpg's in my 2018 Lariat 2.7 because I know how to drive for mileage.

That shows an 18 mile trip. What does it get on a longer set?

Ah, did you guys notice the payload of 1546# even with the moonroof? Very nice! But I see a HUGE benefit that it does not even have a tailstep, let alone power tailgate. The tailstep is a 40# hit, and we don't (that I know of?) know what the motorized tailgate costs in payload, but I assume it is a very heavy motor.

I was surprised by that too. With so many guys bemoaning the payload capacities of these things, as soon as I saw the Moonroof in the video I expected it to be atrocious. 1546# is pretty good with the roof!
