Well, you asked for it:

Dealer fixed: 0 Important to note, not their fault, dealer techs were unable to find resolutions with Ford and the engineers after two service appointments.

1: XM Hardware Fault
2: Vision system camera fault
3: Private Comm network fault
4: Left/Right mirror heater output fault
5: Battery voltage fault
6: "Reverse Brake Assist Not Available" error message
7: Recirculation on climate control randomly shuts off after a few minutes
8: Air flow through dash vents poor to non-existent if deftrost and/or floor is also selected
9: Body panel fitment poor at: tailgate, hood
10: Rear bumper offset from rear quarter panels
11: Engine has started to make excessive noise (growl/gravely) intermittently; performance is reduced when this occurs
12: Lane departure system has failed randomly
13: Center screen gets very hot, up to 123 degrees when I measured it with a thermal-imaging camera
14: Digital speedometer and dial gauge speedo are off 2 MPH from one another
15: Center screen icons (icons only, not the text) all went black today....

I have a case filed with Ford and one of their support specialists is supposed to be getting ahold of me this week (after a week delay).
I have same issue as your 8, temp control also goes crazy when
I’m hoping to compile a list of issues that people have experienced thus far. Let’s keep it simple, 1,2,3 format and basic issue. See my example below. Hopefully this will help recognize trending issues.

2021 F-150 Lariat
3.5L EB 4x4

Dealer fixed:
1. Transfer case malfunctioning @ 800 miles
2. DS master window switch fault (one touch not working/won’t roll up or down all the way)

Needs addressed:
3. Alarm triggered randomly
4. Heated steering wheel doesn’t stay hot (10 minutes)
5. Memory seat doesn’t always adjust correctly
1-Heater had issues when in blend mode between defrost and floor. Cooks you out of truck or feet cold, no happy medium. Dealer says nothing wrong.
2-Had a recall taking it off lot, Ford had truck 2 days to flash system?????
3- transmission seems to bounce when taking off at an easy pace, have to be aggressive to stop it from happening.
Dealer says I’m not used to a 10 speed?

Heh heh—that 50,000 number caused me to reply—mine MSRPd for 50,060,
And out the door with add ons, warrantee, TTL came to 50,804
Only thing not working properly on mine is the car play thing, but that may be my lack of tech savvy. Everything is probably fine. It does however wig out after a phone call or alarm—-just flashes thru the music without actually playing. If I change sources and then change it back, it works fine.
Idles so nice I have to look at tach to see it is actually running.
Fuel mileage on display seems to fib just a bit—no biggy.
Can’t say the ride is any nicer than my old Chevy, but I am pretty partial to that vehicle.
Still getting used to the automatic trans as this is only my second auto trans pickup in over 40 years.
Seems to shift a lot and Likes to hang around 8th at 40-50 mph
Can’t really feel the cylinder deactivation turning cylinders off, but can see it on the mileage monitor on the dash—shoots up to 30+mpg and slowly drops to about 25.
Can feel the cylinders turning on tho, feels like an additional downshift and then the monitor drops to 5mpg for a couple of seconds.
The Ford store ordered another driver headlight assy yesterday due to a broken lens retainer, but it does not really affect the performance of the lamp
Also, they had to remove a wheel to reset the center cap. Seems someone got a little over zealous when whacking it into the wheel and it went in pretty damn crooked.
Overall, pretty content with it as the uncoated undercarriage parts don’t really bother me too much.
Fuel mileage is okay, it’s quiet with windows up, acceleration is impressive, and no MAJOR defects in the paint or fit of exterior or interior parts.

Not heavily optioned 301a, and the only options that are high tech related are remote start and locking rear end (okay-not high tech stuff)
Your CarPlay isn’t you, unfortunately. Today, I couldn’t even get my phone to connect, wired or wireless. So I guess at that point it really isn’t an issue? Lol.
The engine idling issues are on the V6 Powerboost models. I’m assuming by your deactivation description you’re driving a 5.0.

All of you don’t really have any big problems. My truck is going on week six in the shop. Drove it one week shut down six times. They have thrown many parts in it cannot figure it out. Last week they put in the hybrid transmission. That is one expensive part and that did not cure the problem. My dealer has placed a new order for truck exactly like mine. He is 99% sure that I am going to be in a brand new truck but who knows when that will be made. I haven’t sat in my truck since January 19.
My issue is finally being resolved. The truck is still in the shop and they aren’t even trying to fix it anymore. They sent out a field engineer and he was on a computer with the engineer from Ford. Spent one whole day and cannot fix the problem. I am in negotiations with Ford reacquisition. I have two options. One is to buy my truck back and write me a check. Or the second option I get a new truck exactly like that one. I put a bed cover on it acrylic paint protection and fabric protection. Hopefully they will cover all that.

My dealership covered GAP, bedliner, under spray/ paint protection/ fabric protection, when I negotiated my buy back

I guess I am a lucky one so far. Order to delivery about 7 weeks to the west coast. My Powerboost arrived at my dealer today and I took a look at the undercarriage and found a minimal amount of rust and corrosion. All suspension and exhaust components were without rust or corrosion. All body panels and exterior paint was perfect. Only some rust on the bottom of the 3rd member of the differential was noted and will be easy to eliminate. Dealer will have it ready for me to drive off on the 18th, so I'm looking forward to driving a new f150 soon. Hopefully trouble free as my last one was in 2016, and that is the main reason why a bought another one.

Random alarm going off, radio settings are always different when I get in, odd smell when heat first turns on, rear sliding window vibrates from B&O sub. Nothing worth complaining about to the dealer. The odd smell will come up at the first oil change. Only 1300 miles on it. Dealer had put 900ish miles on it as the sales managers demo.

Massive improvement from my Ram that was always in the shop chasing down what sensor FCA wanted to turn off to resolve why the CEL would keep coming on.

Like most new tech, bugs will need to be worked out and are expected. Hoping OTA updates resolve the minor nuances.

Did you not receive the sensor package with your truck? You need to mount the sensor on your trailer and it will automatically load your dimensions in.
Yes I have the hardwire sensor. Not the point. I have more than one trailer and the decal option is supposed to work, it doesn't.

CarPlay just up and quit a couple days ago.
CarPlay icon has completely vanished, I suppose back to RAMP 59.
Nice it didn’t take the whole truck with it

The seat lumbar settings randomly change on my massaging seats. Seat never feels the same when i get in, its extremely annoying. Even if I have not used the massage settings. Center console has bad chemical smell.

Have had the driver window bounce back a few times, tried the calibration to see it that helps. Have a tiny bit of rust in rear. Am going to clean and paint the differential and spray rest with rust protectant. Overall fantastic truck.

I got this warning yesterday, and I went to the dealer. They communicated with the engineering at Ford, and they cannot do anything. The dealer will call me when they get a answer from Ford engineering.

I've had my XLT for a month and so far only two minor issues.

1. The rear driver side door is a tad difficult to close (simple adjustment, maybe). However, I get on and off rear door is open warning even when the door is closed securely.

2. I get random addresses to navigate to. They pop up, I try to select both they keep coming. Wonder if I should reboot the system. When in doubt...Reboot.

I think you should be able toter of the address issue in the navigation. Go in and turn off predictive locations.

I picked up my PB XLT sport the other day with 15 miles on the clock. Everything in great shape, minimal rust on bottom of third member. Drives really nice, all functions operate wonderful as I learn them, comfortable seats and good fit and finish. However after driving around yesterday, a noise started coming from the front area of the engine compartment while driving and seems to come and go at certain speeds (8-18) MPH. Doesn't matter if its on battery or engine and comes on at deceleration, acceleration or coasting., so it doesn't seem like driveline related. Noise sounds really kinda weird like possibly a fan motor but is not high pitched, kinda like a low rumble. Strange that its speed related if its a fan thou. So its into the dealer on Monday..
