Calling Ford Customer Service did nothing, I eventually downloaded Twitter and tweeted something nasty @Ford and was immediately messaged for my contact info. A specialist contacted me a few days later. I'll PM you the Specialist that helped me to possibly save you the headache.How did you get in contact with a specialist? Did you just have to call Ford and work the process that way? I’ve got a great dealer but a shitty service manager, and after having my truck out of service nearly 7 weeks, I still have more than half my list uncompleted. I too do not want the hassle of a buyback but I just wanna get this thing how it should’ve been.
