Likely not possible as it’s a subscription feature requiring third party vendor provided maps.

Likely won't be possible. Look into OpenPilot by Comma.ai

There is a recent thread that talks about it. In some ways it's better than BC.

I hate the idea of my fully BlueCruise prepped Raptor never getting it enabled (see below article if you don't know what I'm talking about).

What's the chance that ForScan or some other trickery can get this enabled in the future?

Go with the Comma 3x and Open Pilot and don't look back. My Comma 3x with Open Pilot outperforms my Bluecruise hands down. It works on more than limited access roads like Interstates still uses the Ford Longitudinal controls for speed sign recognition and adaptive cruise, centers better in the lane, allows lane changes, ... more features are being added all the time.
