LED Reflector high beam alignment

2023 Tremor 401A with the 4 LED Reflector headlights

I noticed while pulling up to my garage that the passenger high beam is considerably higher than the driver's high beam. Right after that I had the local dealership fix the headlight housing as it was too far forward and didn't line up with the fender. They said the housing wasn't installed all the way and fixed it. I checked and the high beam is still high.

They said the lights are not adjustable. Yet, within seconds, I found an adjustment and tried it, but it seems to adjust both low and high (mostly low). Is there another adjustment for just the highs?

That is true, they are self adjusting once installed and aligned properly. There are sensors at each wheel from the suspension to a mounting point on the axle or control arm - as you load up the truck, go up hills, hit bumps, etc. the sensors automatically adjust the headlight height accordingly. The dealer CAN do a reset/calibration for the new light install that basically zeros out or resets everything back to a "starting point" ...

He has the quad beam LED reflectors, not the LED projectors that auto-level.

That is correct Blue22. 401A vs 402A package on the Tremor.

I thought about the best way to get an answer was if I could remove the headlight assembly. But that takes time. And energy.

Heading to Ebay I found a really good set of pics of the headlight assembly from all angles. You can see the adjustment at the top (Didn't know it was a right angled contraption).

The alignment doesn't seem off while driving, but just when looking at the pattern on my garage door from about 20 feet back.
