I have had my PB KR FX4 600a for a little over a week and got the chance this weekend to spend some time on the Blanco River in the Texas Hill County - a different kind of beautiful to jdurantwalker's incredible dune pics. Stepping up from a 2007 F150 XLT FX4 - no comparison whatsoever and I LOVED that truck . . . this one exceeds that one in everything except memories, yet.
First mod was to junk the stock Pirelli's in favor of 275/65r20 KO2's (stock suspension) on my favorite Ford wheel of all time - in fact this wheel and the lack of chrome were my real non-negotiables. On the list is a spray-in bedliner and Retrax cover with Ford OEM wheel well liners on the way. With the new tires, on the fence as to whether or not I want/need a level . . .
