@Snakebitten , these are the tires I was referring to. I can't read it zooming in, love the look of those. HOWEVER, I was looking at tires because I am fully expecting the same Scorpion tires to be on my truck as yours and was very skeptical about the quality. Maybe I stand to be corrected (I'm usually a Michelin man as well due to the wet traction and quality).
Those are KO2's on that KingRanch. And obviously NOT factory.
But they are one off-road tire that I actually like for a street truck that finds itself in sand/gravel/dirt/rock on occasion.

I had 2 sets of wheels on my previous KingRanch and I kept the KingRanch wheels shod with Load E KO2's and some Ford OEM Limited wheels with stickie streets.

But yes, if the rules were that I could only have one set of tires, it'd be the Michelins. :)
(I will have a short leesh on these scorpions in case they deteriorate with wear. But I admit that brand new I can't complain)

Here's the KO2's on my previous truck. You will see the similarity with the truck pictured above.

Ironically this shot is towing and off-road with the stickies. :)
(some trips are spontaneous)

Nice setup!! The KO2's are pretty tough looking. I might consider if those Scorpions wear out. :)

I’m in the same boat - looked at KO2s and some other options but right now I’ll save the cash until I wear the scorpions out. Will likely be keeping a close eye on that tread life tho and be at the tire guy first time they give me a reason to go

So I gotta ask....
Are you gonna treat em like they were pricey? You know, rotate them religiously and keep them aired up properly and avoid smoking them just to smoke them? 🤣

I only ask you because I've been asking myself.

Seriously, part of me wants to not like them for almost any reason. But at 5500 miles my only gripe is they aren't a tire I know well.

I’ll do the regular maintenance and I stopped driving like a pissed off teenager when I stopped being a pissed off teenager in my late 20’s - not going to be intentionally wasteful - but first sign of uneven tread wear or I feel like I’m slipping a bit too much on a wet road… just any ole “good” reason for new runners will do. Just can’t see spending $1300 on a new set when the ones on her are OK. Now - if we get that camper the wife’s been talking about then most definitely NEED a set of E rated tires. What’s that honey? No, no - I did the research, yeah it’s “light weight” but that’s a relative term, definitely need the heavier load rating for that 6,000 pound travel trailer

I want you to have EXACTLY the truck you have so patiently waited. In fact, it's your long suffering and great attitude that makes me feel guilty.

I don't think I will EVER complain to anyone about waiting 6 months and having Park Assist delete only. I'm the luckiest 2022 KingRanch driver in all the world.

I checked with my dealer a couple days ago. He told me my truck has been built, but it still "in production". Chip Hold. It shows an ETA to him for next week, but we both know better than to get our hopes up....
