Well done. That aluminum frame for the shelves...what brand is that. Its giving me ideas... (dangerous)
They are just called 8020 aluminum extrusion. I bought the 1" ones.

The company was located in Fort Wayne, Indiana and named PARCO. I am a Purdue Alumini so it was a close drive to me to save on shipping.

Curious of these seals too. I got ford ones all over the place and I can build another driveway with all the dirt in the bed of my truck

Thanks. Can you post a link to the seals that you used?
I got the Ford ones, but they are already peeling off.
They also have a version that bridges the tailgate and the truck bed, which did not work for me. it peeled on the tailgate end. The foam worked 75% of the time, however does not guarantee 100% dust proof but it was about 80% dust reduction. (same amount of dust, without strip, takes a few days of trip to accumulate, if with strip, takes about 10 trips to accumulate similar amount).

For my design, given how close the frame of the drawer is to the tailgate. I could have just attach my steals right on the frame so when tailgate closes, the compression can ensure a good seal.

however i am not sure if I have the time to experiment anymore. Other life duty calls.

So do your front sensors work, I see the sensors up front and to the side.

Please refer to the new picture (one reply before your reply) with the bullbar installed.

Front distance sensor works. Fron experimenting, it only works when placed at portrait orientation.

Front camera and camera wash nozzle relocated too.

Blue Cruise Working as intended for over 6000 miles after modification - however it is not tested and known for long term that how the ACC sensor are affected by moving upward 6 inches. DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK

Thanks for replying, did you extend the factory sensor if so how?
Are they aftermarket extensions?
I need to do this, tired of hitting OK button because mt bumper blocks the factory sensor.

The tailgate has bulb seals i installed. The truck cap has foam seals (i made sure at least this one did not leak)

Under the drawer there are foams. Near drawer doors there are bulb seals.

Dust still somehow get into the vehicle but not as bad as i had it before. it used to be all red when you drive through Utah. But now it is just a little bit of dust over a long period of time, which I think is acceptable.
Did you use silicone to seal the bed corners and wheel wells? I got seals for my tailgate but when installing them i noticed a lot of light coming through the corners, even with a spray in liner. That is the next part I'm going to seal off when I have time.
